Sounds great, especially when you find half your neighbours have copies of those photos you took of yourself in the nuddy when you were on holiday. 
Probably couldn't happen, but what if.
AHHH!!! Well...I think you have to set up YOUR computer to acquire the images. So no, I don' t think they could go through their network, see "Eye-Fi Card" and download them that way. Would be entertaining though!!!
