My windows stuck at windows logo with spinning dots

So after i ran ccleaner and tick some advance stuff, i got stuck at win logo and cannot go to log on screen. I tickex the old prefatch data and old installation windows. And now here i am. Please someone help me with this. Please

have you tryed the "save mode"?

from there you can take the last recovery point...

this two points of ccleaner sektion "advanced" are ok and should not cause problems.

Which version of Windows is it?

I know in Win10 due to all the updates it may look as if it's stuck during startup, but it may just be finalizing installing updates, which on some systems could take a few minutes.
