My renewal was charged early

I was charged for my renewal a month early at

64.95 when the subscription should be 34.95

How do I get a refund

All licences on automatic renewal are billed 30 days before expiry, this is to allow time to resolve any issues that may occur with payment, so there is no loss of service.
You should have received a pre-billing notification from our eCommerce partner Cleverbridge advising you of the date of billing, as well as any price increase.

I do not remember seeing that. Can you issue a full refund or if you will honor the current price which is 34.95 and issue a partial refund I would continue with your service
