Greetings. There is an old thread in regard to this problem but it offers no solutions. My desktop palm calendar totally erases when I run the cc cleaner. The address book partially erases. I am able to re-upload the info from my handheld, but I lose and date that I put on the desktop each time. Is there a box that I can permanently uncheck so this does not keep happening? This was not a problem with the old cc cleaner version.

However, I must say that CCLeaner does not have palm desktop in it's list of things it cleans
Are you on XP or Vista? What version of Palm Desktop are you using (4.x 6.2 ?)
I'll put a watch on this topic So that I will be informed that you have responded. Also please (if you have not already) place ccleaner to save settings in the ini file (under options advanced I believe and paste the contents of the ini file in your response)
