My newly downloaded CCleaner Professional Plus is not allowing me to upgrade Drivers

Just purchased the CCleaner Professional Plus and when I try to use it, it wants me to upgrade to PCCleaner Professional Plus for additional money. Everything I read says it is included so I don’t know what to do and don’t know how to access the company directly. Can anyone explain or help me on this? Thanks

just CCleaner. Doesn’t look like it ever downloaded my new subscription although I went through the download and allowed all the changes.

Under subscriptions press the button and enter your key that you received when you purchased it.

i copied and pasted the license key and also entered it manually and it says it is an invalid Key. What can I do?

When you copy paste make sure there are no trailing spaces, if the key doesn’t work you’ll need to contact support at CCleaner Support Community

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.

The installer itself is license-agnostic and the code can be used in the free ccleaner installer.
