Hello!Today i downloaded a ccleaner and i make a scan to my computer.After the scan i restarted the computer and my mouse doesn't work. Why ? What i need to do to repair him ? The mouse is new , in perfectly condition.

CCleaner can do no harm if you the Analyze button.
CCleaner is normally harmless if you click "Run Cleaner".
Under the Registry page is "Scan for Issues" which is also harmless.
BUT the "Fix Selected Issues" can give beginners a bad experience,
which you may be able to repair by restoring the registry backups that would have been suggested when you chose to Fix.
I never "Fix Selected Issues" unless I have identified those issues and their consequences and am satisfied that the advantages outweigh the dangers,
and when those dangers actually strike I have a Perfect backup of my system ready to to repair everything in 5 minutes.

Some things to try:
1. Shutdown your computer.
2. Unplug your mouse and then plug it in again, and start your computer.
If that didn't fix it and if it's a USB mouse plug it into a different USB port.

Does the mouse have a battery? I have seen new ones with bad batteries.
Yes , the mouse is in perfectly condition.I put the USB in all my ports but its still not working.What i need to do ?
Is it a wireless mouse? It's not 100% clear whether it is a USB wired or wireless and you are referring to the USB receiver.
If it's wireless, does the light on the mouse(if it has one) come on?
On the underside is there a 'connect' button that re-establishes the link back to the receiver?
If it's wired, I take it the keyboard (most likely USB also) is working.
Put the mouse into the keyboard port, turn off the PC, remove the power cable, turn on the PC (yes the power cord is out so nothing will happen - but I want the USB ports to lose their stored charge). After pressing the power button a few times, reconnect the power cable, turn the PC on for real this time and let us know.
It would also help to post what brand and model the mouse is, since some require drivers be installed to work properly.

If you cleaned the registry the try restoring the registry backup that would have been suggested.
