My little brother is entering a university and will be moving into a university dorm.
Since he’s moving into a university dorm, he will bring his personal computer, which he have been using at home, into the dorm.
Currently, CCleaner free, free for personal use only, is installed on the computer.
Should he uninstall CCleaner free before bringing it into the dorm?
I’m not sure what going to school has to do with an install of ccleaner on a private PC. So i’m going to say, unless he doesn’t want it there is no reason to remove it
.If the computer is for personal use only that should be fine.
However if it is going to be connected to the Uni’s network for course work etc, then there may be restrictions.
Best to speak to the Uni’s IT department.
