Did you try the licence lookup?
I login the https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup ,but they show me ___ Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later.
It looks like a server error with the licence lookup page, it has already been reported to the staff for someone to look at.
In the meantime as Hazelnut says you should email support who will be able to look your licence up for you.
