10 times I have requested my Ccleaner Pro license. I keep getting my Kamo Key. Customer support has not been able to help me and I cannot get a live agent.

The licence system now generally works as -
one licence for all products that you have purchased
- that’s so you don’t have to remember multiple licence keys for different products.
Ie. You have one key, and that key will ‘unlock’ all your purchases from CCleaner. (And Avast, AVG, and other Gen Digital companies).
So it could be that they are giving you the correct key, one key that works for both Kamo and CCleaner.
Have you actually tried putting that key into CCleaner?
My ccleaner disappeared and many days and license key downloads have not worked. I was to be upgraded to a special human agent 4 days ago but no one has responded. When I fires purchased in Feb 2025 i did not get a good key until May. Now I can not access the program. How do I access a live person?
From Feb purchase to May my Key did not work. I then received a temporary key in May which stopped working late October. Many hours and days with support have not helped. Can you suggest a alternative program that I can purchase?
