My CCleaner doesn´t run , the service is running but when click in the icon, just don´t run the aplication!

Sorry, you are experiencing this issue.
Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

Thank you for these log files @sintetik, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling CCleaner?

3 times at all, no results, the service is running ! But the software itself don´t run.
