My Card got charged using paypal Account for CCleaner Pro but license not received

Hello,

My Visa card got charged for a CCleaner pro license. This error appeared on the final checkout success page. I checked my Paypal account, and it says there is no record of this transaction. But my card got charged $29, which is 2604 INR. I don’t have any option to contact CCleaner billing support, which is worse. How do I get my money back or get the license?
