I have lately opted to run Ccleaner using my keyboard, rather than mouse input, because it is faster. However I get diferent files cleaned and files sizes when I do so. This makes me question whether complete "cleaning" of my C-drive has taken place.
Please explain this discrepancy between mouse input and keyboard input. Can I really trust that Ccleaner has done its job?
I'm using Windows 8.1. To use keyboard input I first select the Windows key on my keyboard, then I type in Ccleaner, which puts the focus on the Ccleaner app. When I do a return Ccleaner opens and I type alt-R which puts the focus on the opening dialogue box. A return causes Ccleaner to run. Attached are *.jpg files showing the differing amounts of files "cleaned". After the first run they should be the same. Thus my question as to whether Ccleaner has malfunctioned, indeed whether it has ever fully cleaned the C-drive when using mouse input.
