Unfortunately it's only included in the server edition of Windows 8 and isn't available to consumers.

Whatever happened to WFS?

and eXFAT which nobody is using yet (why do we need more format types ... we need less or more compatible ones)

why do we need more format types ...

Allot of companies like to make proprietary stuff, but not that we'd ever need that. Allot of hardware devices need to fully support NTFS instead of only supporting FAT/FAT32, don't know if it's some licensing issue or what but it's annoying.
