The free version has options for IE files to be cleaned but will clean all Mozilla Firefox files by default with no ability to opt out. All brousers should have the same selection options given to IE
Click on the 'Applications' tab.
There you will see Firefox (and any other non-Microsoft browsers you have installed) with the options.
