When I do a defrag then analyze the drive afterwords it show more fragmented files than before.
After analyzing it now shows 43.9GB fragmented files, it started at 8 GB.

Click on some of those long red strings. What's in them?
The five largest red strings all state the same thing:
OS (C:), NTFS, Capacity: 455.9 GB, Used: 174.9 GB (38%), Free: 281.0 GB (62%)
Total size: 39.7 GB, Fragmented Files (1), Total Fragments (48)

That made a huge difference. Ironic though I still have the long red strings, Should I be worried about?

Not to worry. The map looks good.
Defraggler displays those locked system files for reference only.
i think, this fragmentation have not to do with using defraggler ;-) i have this too with my w8.1 64 bit, i have delete unnecessary restore points
the restore points are created by windows and defraggler has no effect on it.
