Money taken from account a year later and still no product key

I purchased CCleaner for windows and used it for just over 12 months, decided I no longer wanted to pay the subscription yet 12 months later they take out a payment and as yet I have not got a licence key and the last one they sent me was Oct’24. I have put in 2 support tickets, contacted by message on fb page yet no response at all! No way to call, email or contact any other way. I use to like the CCleaner but now I am very angry I can not get any resolution let alone talk to someone.
Where is my new key?

The only way sadly is to cancel your credit card. I was thinking of buying the professional version but not now.

So you are telling me they have taken my money and I get nothing so I just walk away?
That has to be fraud and something must be able to be done! I am not going to whine about my finances but I can not afford to have $57 taken and not get anything in return!

Is there a phone number or email I can contact them. This company should be fined for this!!

As far as I know, the key does not change when your sub is extended. Open CCleaner, go to your account management and check the remaining days for your sub. That may show +1 year.

That is how it works with my Premium license. Not sure if it is the way for other licenses too?

As said your key will be the same, it’s a renewal not a new purchase.

Your subscription (with the same key) will continue to automatically renew each year unless you cancel it.
