Before reading that, I might have agreed with the blogger, but then again I might not have.
Have to watch what we say.
I think I largely agree with the opinion in this artcle Skanks for the Memories
I believe in freedom of speech, and the courts will decide if the post was defamatory, but I don't think there's a right to anonymity.
Have to watch what we say.
Damn it, I think you're right.
I think though they're only taking it serious after cases like the MySpace incident when some young girl was cyber-bullied and committed suicide. Strange world for people to get so super upset about mere words, it isn't like they were physically punched in the nose.
Looks like the fightback has began already, with baywords, from the guys who run the pirate bay site.
Good on them I say.
Censorship is really of no surprise to me, many experts have said for many years that even the U.S. is becoming a closed society.
Gee, what could make you think of that (cough-Obama,Pelosi,Reid,Giethner,Axelrod,Emanuel-cough)?

Those aren't my own thoughts, there's several "experts" that have outlined the changes that have been happening over the past decade or perhaps longer. The worst accusation was a woman who is an author with a documentary and U.S. citizen stating the U.S. is becoming like Nazi Germany.
Gee, what could make her think of that (cough-Obama,Pelosi,Reid,Giethner,Axelrod,Emanuel-cough)?
Too easy.
errr, welll, the blogger is still free to speak, but not now to hide. Eh?
