Missing Recently used programs

Which setting in CCleaner is clearing out my recently used programs (Start button) ?

Try Unticked Menu Order Cache

Right click the taskbar, select the start menu tab, click on customize, and on the programs section, make sure that the number of programs value is 6. (I assume that you have Windows XP)

After that, refresh the desktop (or do it anyways, it sometimes works).

Running Vista 64 bit SP2.

Currerntly the number of programs value is set at 9.

No need to unticked Menu Order Cache as none of the items (including User Assist History) was checked.

On the Registry section I did have Start Menu Ordering checked. I unchecked it ran both Reg Cleaner & Registry cleaner and unchecking that item may have fixed the problem.
