Missing "Recently Opened Programs" in Start Menu

After running CCleaner on Vista, it not only clear out all my recently opened programs (as I would have expected), but it somehow DISABLED them. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get back my recently opened programs. The simply will no longer display.

- Vista Home Premium

- CCleaner 1.40.520

- Advanced button checked? I am pretty sure it was checked when it happened.

Any Help resolving this appreciated.

Rebooting seems to have reenabled the feature. So, I guess this is just a bug that CCleaner developers should be aware of.
