My realtek audio has been removed from my computer during the cleaning process. Please help me get it back
I suspect that you have updated the Realtek aufio driver. (And the new one is not suited to your hardware).
Open CCleaner, go to the Driver Uptater, and select the “Fix a Problem” to try and roll back to your previous driver.
