Hello.
I haven't tested this free program so I cannot tell whether is good or not. It seems its purpose is to automatically update hosts file for avoiding connecting to IPs reported as malware.

Perhaps you should test before you suggest
Brought to you by the developer of DarkComet RAT.
Interesting article about it http://resources.infosecinstitute.com/darkcomet-analysis-syria/
An easy to read and understand review on it can be found here

Seems like a sort of host file updater on steroids. Probably not something I feel I need.
Thanks, eL_P. Glad to know about it.
Well. I have installed it on three different PCs. Checked everything afterwards. It seems to do what is supposed to do. I have set it not to run automatically but on demand.
After reading that article Hazelnut posted it seems the program must be running to do its job, right? Or is it the included HOSTS information enough?
Perhaps you should test before you suggest
I've seen one or two little gems on here recently, and that's definitely one of them.
I might just pinch that for my signature.
I have set it to run when Windows starts. This program is very low on resources comsumption.
Good of you to try it and post your findings eL_PuSHeR
Thanks Hazel. It seems like a nice and easy to use addition as a secondary layer of protection.
