minimum fragmentation is high

I ran Defraggler several times. The smallest defrag size comes in at 13%. This isn't what I was expecting. I thought maybe around zero or 1 or 2 %. The hard drive has two partitions. Should I do both at once?

Any suggestions.

i think its perhaps 3 reasons...

1.) pagefile -fragmented

2.) hiberfil -fragmented

3.) many system restore points

3.) if you want --> delete the unneeded system restore points with ccleaner (all points are deleteable but only the newest is grayed out for safety)

Note that these deleted restore points are gone.

2.) you can deactive it for this thing and after defragmentation reactivate

1.) you have 2 partitions? --> move the pagefile to the other partition and after defragmentation move it back to c:\
