Microsoft XBOX 360

I know it was only just unveiled 05/13/2005 on MTV worldwide, however I looked high and low for some stats and eventually gave up since most sites are dicussing the same thing.

Does anyone of the fellow CCleaner family/community know of, or can speculate with some accuracy about the XBOX 360 specifications/power such as:

* CPU

* Graphics

* Polygons

To sum up the important stuff regarding XBL:

There will be two versions of Xbox Live. Silver is free (everyone gets it), and Gold is a paid subscription, like the current XBL. It looks like Xbox Live will be free on the weekends for everyone; Gold members will get it all the time, obviously. Current Xbox Live accounts will carry over to the 360 and become Gold Xbox Live accounts. Both Gold and Silver members will be able to download demos, trailers, and other content through XBL.

This info seems pretty legit, and some insiders have confirmed that this is indeed a real leak.

That's a lot different than saying there's three CPUs. Also it's PowerPC... which is basically Mac! :D Go Mac. Actually, all of the major consoles are going to be IBM PowerPC... PPC rules!@#$

Thank's for the info everyone!

As nice as this all sounds, I can't wait to have the 360 in my hands. it might even be time to upgrade to a full blown projector and 200" screen. But thats a dream of mine for now.

The graphics looks impressing (however, sometimes companies release screenshots from videos or just some picture instead of actual in-game screenshot).

The XBox 360 probably is very good technically.

But I wouldnt buy it, because it comes with DRM (Digital Rights Management) or as some call it "Digital Restriction Management".

It makes it impossible to play any unauthorized copies (what companies love to refer to as piracy) of a game.

They also have silly ideas to sell game-content like, example you start the game with some cars, but if you want the better cars, you have to pay and it gets them online.

Sorry to burst you'r bubble but that is piracy...

And what game is this? Anyway if you read the whole thread you'd see that their making Xbox live silver free.
