CCleaner is coded to ignore the $hf_mig$ folder. A forum search will reveal the reason why it isn't cleaned anymore.
Edit: Then again a forum search won't work, it doesn't find those old threads.
Edit 2: Just learned something the dollar signs goof up the search function, try this search of hf_mig and you'll understand after reading a few threads why that folder should be left alone.
