Hi, new to the data recovery game
A few days ago I was in a car accident and it was captured on my dash cam, and I know for a fact that the camera was recording when it happened because i reviewed the video with my girlfriend shortly after it happened.
After we watched it she thought she turned the camera off and removed the micro sd card to keep my camera from potentially recording over it. When I got home, I plugged the card into my computer and it only had 0 videos as apposed to it having 22 before the memory card was originally removed.
After reading some tutorials and browsing the forum, I used recuva on it this morning(both specifically on the desitnation folder and the entire drive).
Are these files permanently gone?
