If you run MBAM today and it shows several items as a Vundo trojan, don't delete. Just leave in quarantine, read this article at the MBAM forum, and put them back in place.

At least with copying the file into a temporary folder I was finally able to see MBAM in action.
I ran a scan with MBAM on my work computer that I am sure is clean and the FP's came up. I hope they get this fixed soon.
I just updated MBAM and did a Quick scan and the false positive is fixed:
