Always thought Prosecurity and Dynamic Security Agent as HIPS but they seem to do better than some dedicated firewalls.

* Rising Personal Firewall 2007 19.33.10

* TheGreenBow Personal Firewall 2.60.005

Nice to see Online Armor up there, I have been beta testing it for a few months now, it's a great app to run and I wouldn't be without it now.
