I keep receiving the following message:
Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now.
Please contact support for more information (and show them this message so they can help)

When I click on “contact support”, I receive an error: Something went wrong. Form is not available for your language!

There is nothing on the home page directing me how else I am contact them. So how am I supposed to contact them to get this reviewed and fixed?

You can contact their email support@ccleaner.com

The form has a glitch and you cannot change the language.
As you have found it throws up an error if/when you try to change language. (and you then need to close and reopen your browser to see the form in English again).

You can type your request into the form in whatever language you want to, but you have to leave the form itself in English.
