Thanks for the like but it does not work on my laptop. I have a support ticket open since last Monday with lots of thing to check none of which have worked.
There are no ad blockers running, firewall for all profiles is turned off.
Waiting for the latest solution.
Please send me the ID for the support request you have created so I can investigate this further.
Also please send me a screenshot showing the error you see when you y to use the subscription managment portal.

To start, could you please let me know which exact link (URL) you are using when you see the message “This site can’t be reached”? If possible, please copy and paste the link directly into your reply. This will help me verify whether you’re being redirected to the correct management page or if there’s an outdated or broken link involved.
Just for reference, the correct subscription management link is always included in your order confirmation email, which is sent on the same day the purchase is completed. Using that link is the most reliable way to manage your subscription.
If the page still doesn’t load, this is very often caused by a local browser or network issue rather than your account itself. I recommend trying one of the following quick checks:

Open the link in a different web browser.

Use a private/incognito window.

Temporarily disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers).

Try accessing the link from a different network, such as a mobile phone using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
As for the “check for updates” not working in the app, that can also be related to connectivity or temporary access issues. Thanks for these details, I have been able to locate your suppot request.
I can see from this that you have said if you try this in Safari on your iPhone you are able to access the page.
Are you useing the iPhone on the same network as the PC? ie, a Wifi connection on a home router, or is the iPhone using mobile data to access that site?
From what you are describing it is an issue local to the PC you are using.
Are you able to access www.ccleaner.com directly?
Are you using LogMeIn when trying to get to ccleaner site? If yes, have you checked its logs to see if it is blocking it?
iPhone connects over WiFi not using any data.
Cannot access ccleaner.com from and browser
Even with the firewall turned off
Not using logmenin to access ccleaner did have a remote session and used the download but that has since been uninstalled.
Not aware of any Add Blockers running
One suggestion was to unistall and re install as I cannot access the website so cannot download any version.

Problem fixed
There was a 0.0.0.0 ccleaner.com entry in the host file
Added 3.166.65.* ccleaner.com to the hosts file just in case.
May be worth adding to FAQ’s would save a lot of wasted time
