Hello I’m having similar problem . Is there any way to manage subscription. I opened the programme to manage my subscription , but asks for my cleverbridge ref number. Triad asking for this but getting no where. Any advice welcome thanks

I applied for a version of CCleaner probably last year , it didn’t do a lot for my laptop so I scrapped the laptop and have a new one . So I was surprised to have a payment in my bank account made to CCPiriform. They sent me a copy of active licence with expiry of 19th Oct 2026. Trying to get information isn’t easy .Trying to end the subscription involves opening the program and opening manage my subscription. But what is Cleverbridge ref number? Do I email the Cleverbridge email you supplied , and just ask for the required number? Sorry this is a problem , any info appreciated .My thanks Davyro

Moving on to your question:
You will need access to the email that you used when you purchased CCleaner.
If you can no longer access that email address then it can still be done, but will take longer.
You dont need to open CCleaner on your computer. You can go straight to the Subscription Management Page using this link:

Hello, I want to cancel my CCleaner 7 subscription.
I don’t have access to the original email or Cleverbridge reference number, because my purchase was not linked to any email address.
ALL purchases of CCleaner (except for CCAndroid and CCleaner iOS) MUST have an email address - it is how the licencing system works.
If you have not registered an email address then you have not paid CCleaner for a subscription.
The exceptions for Android and iOS purchased in the Play Store or Apple Store - in which case they are tied to your Google/Apple account instead (and you have paid Google or Apple not CCleaner).
Where did you purchase your CCleaner7 licence/suvscription?
(PS. We have had a few posts recently from people who have purchased cheap counterfeit licences, if that is what you have done then good luck contacting whoever you bought the counterfiet from).
