My cookies list (in CCleaner -> Options -> Cookies) is very long.
I think it would be nice if it can be added a search capability.

It would depend on how often you use CC. I generally clean once a week and I have about 100 cookies in the Cookies to Delete list. If you use sites that use a username and a password then it maybe advisable to move these to the Cookies to Keep list. So do a full clean, start you're web browser and goto the sites you use the most. Open CC and look at the Cookies to Delete list. Then just transfer the ones you want to keep. Do this everytime you find a new site that needs a username and password. Apart from that you may as wel just delete the lot.
This list will also depend on the number of different sites you use daily. Every site has makes a new cookie.
As regards a search facility I would have thought that could be difficult. Do you know the exact name of cookies you want to keep? They are all listed in the Cookies to Delete list.
I'm simply trying to add to my "Cookies to Keep" file so cc doesn't delete the login/password, how do I do this.

If you open CC and click on Options\Cookies you will see 2 lists Cookies to Delete and Cookies to Keep. Any cookies that you want to keep select the name in the first list press the -> button to move them to the Cookies to Keep list. Then when you do a clean all your regular cookies that need a username and password will be kept save. Now this option works perfectly with IE, I haven't really tried it with FireFox or Opera.
You haven't really said which browser you are using.
It does work in Firefox. Don't know about Opera.
