When I attempt to install the free version of ccleaner it will not complete. I download and run the installer (ver 579) but the process stops with a blank whit box on the screen.
Anyone else have this issue?
Have you tried installing the Slim Build (3rd in list) from here?

If still no luck can you give more info such as which operating system and anti-virus you use.
I've ocassionally had it myself, it due to the installer not being able to contact a server (for whatever reason).
As Hazelnut says the Slim instaler should work because it doesn't contact that particular server.
Or another option is you could disconnect from the internet while you use the Standard installer, it won't try to reach the server if you are not online.
