There are 2 accounts on this laptop . One has not been used for possibly a year now but on checking the other day it needed cleaning . of a huge amount So now I check this other account daily to clean it . Can anyone explain if it has not been used why it needs cleaning and can anything been changed to stop it happening .please. Sorry if wrong words used to describe it.
It will be temp files and other junk that Windows has put in that user profile.
That will happen when there's a Windows update, possibly also when there is a Defender definitions update which happen at least daily.
If you have CCleaner Pro then you can set it to clean all users (when run from Admin):
Thanks No I have not got C Cleaner Professional and every time I go in to the other user's account it has to be updated as it does not update when mine updates my windows either .
