I have an CCcleaner pro licence with serial number. I want to stop my subscriprion but i can't find my email with the subscription in it.
I've tried all my email adresses for retrieving the subscription info but the CCcleaner database did not find a subscription on any of my email adresses. Is it possible to retrieve my accountinfo with my serialnumber?
Can anybody help me?
You will need to contact suport and give them as much detail and information about your licence, when purchased, etc. as you can.

Note that because you cannot give them the email that you have registered then you will be in the queue with other non-registered users who have not paid for support - and so it may take quite a while to get a reply.
