had my hard drive packup on me and did not have a backup, so downloaded the free version but it wont update to registered version, have tried putting in my login details email details to get link so that i can update, but i think it was registered to my old email email address that no longer exists, how do i get link sent to my new email address.
Can you find a copy of your confirmation email from when you first purchased?
You licence key will be on that.
If not then you will need to raise a ticket with support and ask for the registered email to be changed and the key sent to you again at your current email.
Support is an email service, it is not ‘live chat’ so don’t expect instant replies.
If you use the form at this link: CCleaner Support Community you will be given a ticket number - make a note of it.
You will then get an automated email reply with some general information (which will probably not interest you).
Your support ticket is now in the queue to get to a person.

You should be aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment, particularly if your CCleaner isn’t showing as registered with them yet so it’s not showing that you have actually paid for support.
As you will be using an unregistered email then you may fall in that second category and have to wait longer.
