Hello everybody, hope someone can help me.
In October my CC cleaner was updated , and I run the cleaning AND BOTH MY EAMILS GOT LOCKED DUE TO ERASING COOKIES . Never happened before. My emails dated from 2005 year zrmatrona@yahoo.com and ojlemail@yahoo.com. Security key for zrmatrona was sent to ojlemail - and security key for ojlemail was sent to zrmatrona. NOW, MY BOTH EMAILS ARE LOCKED ! Yahoo does not recognize my IP address and I can not use my emails, even every registration on the internet and logged addresses is locked also . I can not use my Amazon or anything else.
I tried to reverse windows to the some point before the cleaning - and nothing changed .
I can not find the solution for unlocking emails in yahoo help , since my emails are old and there is no option for security question .. I did not use my phone for confirmation and now I have big problem . Can someone can tell me how to resolve this ? I can not undo cc cleaning proces ??? it was in October … thank you in advance Olivera
