Please think adding Windows paging (swap) file and C:\$LogFile (NTFS Volume Log) wiping also in your program.
You probably already know such files are locked by Windows, and any deleting of them would have to be scheduled on a reboot which definitely wouldn't be a "secure/wiped" delete.
