Limewire / Google Earth

I've got problems running both Google Earth and Limewire. I've downloaded both of the programs successfully, but I can only run them when I disable my Norton Antivirus.

I've tried changing the Program Rules on Norton, but the system then freezes and I have to reboot.

Is there any way of accessing these two programs without disabbling Norton each time?

I had similar problems when i was running win98se, what OS are you using?

I'm not sure what to say but when I use Google Earth and LimeWire I have McAfee which will allow you to either block the programs or not without disabling it time and time again.......Can you go into Norton and do this?

(It usually asks you through a popup when opening the program)

...So I'm not sure how to do this with Norton as I really have never used it.
