licensekey not merged ?

Hi, bought today a new license, but it is not merged with my previous one. please help ?

The licence merging robot runs automatically twice a day, so it may take a little while to show up that the remaining time has been added to the new licence.

There two exceptions to it happening automatically though:

  1. If you used a different email address when purchasing the new licence, or
  2. If you had more than 90 days left on the old licence.

In either of those cases it is assumed you wanted another licence, so they aren't automatically merged and if you do want that you have to ask support to do it manually.

If it doesn't happen automatically by tomorrow then email support@ccleaner.com and ask them to merge the two licences.
