Hello all,

In my license the option of Auto Extension is Ennabed.

How do I turn off the automatic renew license.

Click the "My Account" button in the top right corner, and then 'Manage my licence'. 

Or use Options>Licence key.


Both take you to the same screen where you should see a 'Manage Subscription' button where you can disable Auto Extension.

If you don't see a button to Manage Subscription or to disable Auto Extension then you may not have an auto-renewing subscription, (you may have already cancelled the auto-renewal). 

If you believe that you do have auto-renewal but for some reason you can't disable it yourself then you will need to contact support to do it for you.

Be aware if contacting support that they appear to be very slow replying at the moment, over a week or more is not unusual.
