License renewal email for Jan 2026, but my App shows until 2028 + email confirmation of 2028

I have a support email and the App shows Feb 27, 2028 as end date for my subscription.

BUT I am getting renewal emails for January 2026, and if I follow “management subscription” it also shows 2026.

Do I just ignore and assume the App license information and previous support emails are correct?

We has a similar question from another user yesterday, @Laurence_CCleaner was looking at it and will probably be along here soon.

PS. Is you subscription showing as being set for Automatic Renewal?

It’s also interesting that you say it’s showing a 2028 expiry date in the app; we have been told elsewhere that the app now only shows a years subscription at a time.
(My licence does show more than a year to expiry, but I have a special licence and not a paid for subscription).

I have sent you a DM for more details on this issue so I can investigate this further.

I had Premium for 5 items exchanged for Pro for 1 item so the dates were extended to cover the value so I didn’t lose out. And no auto renewal is off. I can see that they haven’t fully changed the details under the ID I originally had so when you “manage subscription” it still shows the Premium for 5 which was only for 1 year.

Definitely a job for Laurence.
