I purchased a license for CCleaner and it won’t activate on Windows 11.

That’s fine, Cleverbridge are the official payment/subscription processors.
The first thing to do is double check that you are entering the key correctly.
By far the biggest reason for a key being rejected is if/when you mistake a number and letter.
eg. putting “8” instead of “B”, or “5” instead of “S” and so on.
(Note that CCleaner keys never contain the number “1”).
Also make sure that there is not a space at the begining or end.
If you are still having a problem then can you tell us the exact wording of the error message?
I’ve already done everything they’ve suggested. They also connected to my PC remotely from technical support and couldn’t resolve my issue. They told me they would escalate it to a higher department and get back to me within 24 hours, but no one from their team has responded.
