Hello, I receive e-mails regarding problems with licence reneval problems (problems with payments).
- I cannot logon to my account using e-mail address, to which the remainder e-mails are sent and the reference number contained in the e-mail
- I receive two e-mails every time, each one concering the same reference number but different credit cards
- I do have a license, but with different reference number and there I can logon; but the licence expires in a month
