The forum is hosted by CCleaner so that users can discuss things and help one another.
It’s also a place where they can make announcements about new versions etc.
Day to day it is moderated by trusted users, not employees.
I can post anything I like (within reason), but it isn’t going to help you get a refund.
I am aware that I was able to escalate an issue to the staff for you in 2024, but we can no longer do that.
The staff rarely visit the forum nowadays (the last time a named staff member logged onto the forum is 35 days ago) so there is nobody to escalate things to.
