Licence Issue

Who can help me here ? I've had some problems with trying to find my ccleaner pro licences key.

I've tried piriform support but all get is error please try again later and after after several attempts its beyond the joke.

Yours is the second report about 'Try again' with the licence lookup.

I've noted it to the staff so they can check if there is an issue.

It may just be server maintenance going on, or it may be a fault?

For the meantime the suggestion has to be the same (sorry) try it again later.

I noticed that yesterday there was someone from Invision Software online, so they may have been doing something.

I was looking at the new offers , clicked on it and lost my subscription to my professional version good until November 2022. Now I'm stuck on the/a trail page. I need to get back to my purchase I found my product key buts its disabled on the other end been two days now since i sent in a trouble ticket.

One of the staff said the other day that there are a lot of support tickets at the moment so it's taking longer than usual to answer them.

Licence issues are not something we can deal with on the open forum for obvious security reasons.

Thank you guys but I've sorted my problem out with my licence key I emailed them a few days ago and ten minutes later I had a reply back from them with my licence key included.

should of asked you orange tree to tell them about me LOL , I have the key because its disabled on their end it wont turn the lock to open the door.
