I have only tried LibreOffice Writer so far. The recently used files option on the Files menu shows all of the files I recently edited in Writer, even after I run ccleaner.
LibreOffice 3.5 (also occurred on version 3.4.5)
Windows 7, 64 bit
ccleaner 3.15.1643 (64 bit)
I don't think CCleaner supports LibreOffice?

Here ois the current Winapp2.ini (file not above poster) entry for Libre office
[LibreOffice 3*]
LangSecRef=3021
Detect=HKCU\Software\LibreOffice
Default=False
FileKey1=%AppData%\LibreOffice\3\User\temp|*.*
FileKey2=%AppData%\LibreOffice\3\User\backup|*.*
FileKey3=%AppData%\LibreOffice\3\User\uno_packages\cache|log.*
FileKey4=%AppData%\LibreOffice\3\user\extensions\shared|log.*
The recent files are stored in an XCU file (IIRC) and can't be cleaned (IIRC)
We played with this on the winapp2.ini thread for a bit once.
