Hi guys ![B)]()
I have a 19 inch LCD wide screen monitor, that has a maximum screen resolution of 1440 x 900 pixels.
I have two connection choices, analog using a D-sub cable, or digital using a DVI cable.
I use the DVI cable connection and 1440 x 900 screen resolution, and was wondering if this setup could be classed as "High Definition" compared to a High Definition LCD TV?
It can only be HD, if your Video Card, and monitor support it. It would use a DVI-D (Digital) connection. The DVI connection would be a 24 pin plug and support up to 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Hi TwistedMetal ![B)]()
Yes it is a digital connection using a DVI cable from my video card to my monitor.
The monitors highest resolution is 1440 x 900 so I guess it's not HD?
