CCleaner notified me a few minutes ago that ver. 5.02 was available. Download it. Won't install; progress bar moves <1/4" and stops.
OS is Win 7 64-bit.
If you open the taskmanager does it show that an instance of CCleaner is already running?
Same problem with mine. New version 5.02 available, but it does install. But then constantly telling me new version is avaiable. Have updated to newer version for many years with no problem All of a sudden won't update anymore. My OS is also Win 7 64-bit.
