Latest version of CCleaner does not work properly on Windows 10

Has anyone had any problems with Ccleaner running on Windows 10, Apparently the CCleaner company has no help desk or sufficient way to contact them.

Thank you for your response. I have Ccleaner on two different PCs, one on Windows 10 and on Windows 11. My Windows 10 PC is sometimes not capable of opening CCleaner or the Program freezes in the middle of a scan, there have many issues with the newest CCleaner on my Windows 10 PC. I have used CCleaner for about 3 years and this is the first time I have ever had this problem. I have uninstalled, repaired the CCleaner but nothing has lead to sustainable success.

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.
