I used ccleaner to clean my laptop and now it will not reboot I have tried everything to get back but nothing happens I don't know what to do does any body have any ideas please
to get this started, it's 100 question time...
what is your OS?
what version of CC did you run?
what settings, the default? did you run the registry cleaner or duplicate file finder?
do you use winapp2.ini or any other enhancement to CC?
when you say "it will not boot", in what way, the laptop itself shows no signs of life, or Windows sits at the splash screen?
